Improve CRM-system of the loyalty program with measurable assessment of results.
Strategy / Action Plan:
At the first stage, we analyzed the proposals from the key players of the IT market and chose the most structural and modern ones. After that we solved a few problems:

1) Provided fast query processing due to an easy profile system.

2) Made a wide contact base of potential participants in the form of an additional synchronized module "lead generation".

3) Evaluated the effectiveness of sales managers with new "leads".
Increasing positive feedback from guests, reducing staff turnover.
